I get un-nerved with just 4 kids! I can’t begin to imagine having 19. I’m happy for them though. If I could handle that many, I’d try for it. Thankfully, common sense prevails in me!

My family and I so enjoy watching this family. They are so full of true love, compassion and joy. If I had the financial means they have, I would happily have had more than one child. Congratulations Duggars, keep showing this Nation it is possible to have unlimited, unconditional love and sound, Goldy morals!

This is a beautiful family, as you can see. The main reason that keeps this family intact is their love for God, His love in them, and their fervent love for their children. Love is beautiful. Yes, and they are financially able to support their children, which is something very beautiful to see. May God richly bless this family.

My husband and I have been dealing with infertility for 2 1/2 years. We are now in the process of $3000 a month injections because our insurance doesn’t pay for them. It just doesn’t seem right. All we want is one healthy baby! Enough already

Whatever. I am just creeped out by them. And further more, I feel it’s just wrong to exploit your children the way they do. Have as many kids as you want, but don’t use them as your meal ticket. Same goes for the Gosselins and that whack-job OctoMom.

ohgodno - The Duggars own commercial real estate that provides rental income that supports their large family. Also, if you watch the show you will see how frugal the Duggars with their money, which helps them provide for their kids. The large home they live in they built themselves. Not like Jon and Kate who spend money like water on spray tans, bad haircuts and 1.3 million dollar home in Bucks County, PA.

Congrats to them…however, seriously?!?! Sounds like Mom needs to have her knees sewn together. If my mom was pregnant with baby 19 and I was pregnant with my 1st, I would be mortified! Kids are wonderful but how many do you have to have?! I would think they would be running out of “j” names by now without the kid having multiple names. When is it going to be enough?

cc, You have my sympathies. It probably does seem like they are flaunting their “blessed” status. What I don’t like about them is how the girls are the ones doing all the babysitting while Mom is having her latest, and they also have to wear those ugly maxi dresses. I’m glad that they have been able to provide for their own children and all, but it is a hard dose of reality to see them having baby after baby when people such as you and your husband have none. Don’t give up hope. I’m praying for you and remember that God only wants the best for us. Peace.

It is so refreshing to see a happy, christian family that loves each other unconditionally. Although my dream of becoming a mother will never come true, I am very happy for her. She seems to have it all together, and patience to boot! The family that prays together, stays together!

Referring to her as a bunny? That’s rude and offensive. This family supports their lifestyle choices without any assistance. They raise and educate their children to be responsible, contributing members of society- so why should you care? As far as stating the “unfairness” of them having so many when some can have none, what are we? Third graders? That’s like saying if everyone can’t own a luxury car no one should. There are other ways to have children other than the old fashion way.

I too thought this family was crazy. I mean who in their right mind would want that many kids? I saw where someone had posted about being un-nerved by 4 kids. Well, I have 2 and sometimes they drive me crazy. Finally I decided to watch the show from beginning to end and I have to tell you I was impressed with them. Their kids are well behaved. They have a system and it works for them. I say as long as they can take care of all of those children then let them keep having more. Maybe the world needs more Duggars. They are a loving family with a strong belief in God, family, and community.

When you say that this freak show family is financially supporting themselves, think again. This family is taking more than their share of infrastructure, adding that many more people using common services, etc. Not to mention the impact on the earth this family must have with whatever monster vehicle it takes to get them all everywhere. We are horrible as society to give these people their celebrity status. And by the way, this same society would be in outrage if this were a black woman doing the same thing.

I think this is absolutely ridiculous. I say go ahead and have babies but keep her baby factory uterus out of the limelight. They need to show their expertise in making babies since they like to say how good they are at it. I mean, rats give birth more than they do and they aren’t all over tv exploiting their little rat babies. Get real, please..

People need to stop praising these stupid Duggers. All they do is multiply and put the responsibility on an older child. Those children should be children and not raising a sibling.If theres too many children for a mom to handle than she should not have so many children. There are people who just want one child and cant have any and these pretend religious people are spitting them out every year for their next in line to raise. How many more would they have if there show was cancelled? Money makes you greedy whether you’re a doctor, an actor, a crackhead or a baby maker. Get out of the bedroom Duggers and take care of your own babies. And everyone else, stop watching this stupid show.
