Central clean up tonight

Middletown City Schools is asking for residents to help clean up Central Academy grounds.

Board members, teachers, students and parents will meet at 7 p.m. tonight, Aug. 12, to prepare the grounds for the upcoming school year.

Central Academy moved into the old Rosdale Elementary building. Principal Dianne Suiter told me earlier this month that the teachers are excited to have the green space they didn’t have at their old building, and even hope to incorporate the nearby creek into science lessons.
