How well a team does in the preseason means absolutely nothing. For the first time in years, the Browns convincingly beat Steelers. Browns will win the division and make the playoffs. From there it is anybody’s guess. This is our time!
Jr. C, your right on the money! Beating Pittsburgh is the key to the season! The whole division has a brutal schedule (can you say NFC East & AFC South) & I wouldn’t be surprised if the division winner is 9 & 7! Go DAWGS!!!
Every year when the schedules come out, fans start
freakin, either too hard of a schedule or one that
looks like the Patriots does this year. The truth is
with free agency, teams raise and drop at light
speed.
What looks tough in August, may in fact end up the
easiest of all schedules when December rolls around.
I have objectley looked at Clevelands schedule, and that of their opponets. The Browns could end up
anywhere from 9-7, to my prediction of 11-5. They
win the A.F.C.North.
Preseason means little especially when you know who your starters are at key positions. It’s Browns time this season. The record will mean less as 9-7 may win divison. Let the games begin.
Die hard fan since 1957 have great expectations for this season though so far I haven’t seen much to make me feel comfortable. My expectations are 9-7 mostly because of the improved defensive line but what I saw in pre-season leaves me hoping for 8-8. Would have been nice to see this new line actually collapse the pocket and get to the quarterback. Also haven”t seen much pressure from the linebackers either. If we dont improve on that our rookie corners will get toasted all day long.
8-8 at best, more likely 7-9. No surprises this year. QB Anderson had season of his life, will never come close again. Take it to the bank, Quinn will be starting before season is over. Another long year in Cleveland …..
The preseason has worried Cleveland fans quite a bit. With a tough schedule and a lot to prove after last season, if they do well then they’ll have earned it.

Dallas is a GOOD test in the first week, But we will REALLY find out how good ther are in the SECOND week.
If they can beat the Steelers, convincingly…. anything can happen.
